Name: Nicolette Isabella Malvado
Age: Sixteen
Year: Sixth
Personality:
{ LOST && FOUND
Being raised in a climate of crying shame, society hadn't been able to distinguish anyone of who they truly are. Everyone is subordinating them, whether another correspondent, or a higher "class" in society, their huge ego will never allow them to state anything as such. Many, if not all, was alike in that way and that way only: the reason in which society was falling apart. Can you exclude the Malvado's family from that category? The simple answer is a negative, seeing as they were probably one of the exceedingly arrogant families around that is left. Even though not a pure blood, Nicki Malvado had axquired that category from her father, in fact, she probably had attained nearly everything from her father. Being an emotionally cloned Malvado, Nicki had never been able to preserve her anger, resentement, and anything along those lines. Perhaps emotions is what she had gained from her "Carrillo" side, but not anything negative. All the positiveness that she had possessed and inherited was from her mother, of which unfortunately had decayed away with time, leaving nothing but a true Malvado at stake. Relieving the facts of anything had never been a part of the Malvado family at all; they never let anything just go. In fact, they're ones to hold on a grudge for as long as vengeance comes at hand. Revenge: that's one category they were extremely infamous about, and their revenge would never, ever be "simple." In fact, the cruciatus curse would've been much mercier than what her father, or even her one of these days, will have to offer. That's a main reason in which it was rather hard to make a contact with Nicki, seeing as her sides, opposites, keep on struggling, and you never could know what her next move could be. BiPolar, some might state, and that might be true, but it only is bad if her mother's rather "good" nature is fighting with her father's extremely viscious one. Nicki seems to be more like her father, but no one knows what might lie beneath those dark eyes of hers, or even no one could extract any fact from her skin, and she sure as hell will never state anything. The Malvados were always known as one, viscious family, but not all of them, as Nicki had proved to her inner conscience, whilst the Carrillos were rather kind snobs, if there existed such a category.
{ LIGHTS GO OUT
Feeling that negative feeling of insignificance, Nicki attempted several times to rid herself from insecurity, but she can't at all. She is on gaurd all the time, and not only physically but mentally as well - mostly emotionally. Befriending anyone was never such a trait of hers, but she does it anyways, ridding all the genuine emotions before doing as such. Nicki loves friends, don't take her the wrong way, but she has the fear of getting too emotionally involved, leading to a bad fate, and reading quite a lot of tragic and angst books hadn't left quite a soft, good spot in her. Nicki is one that cannot decide between what's true and what's fake, and that had been an extremely major flaw, seeing as she is, not only surrounded by many faces or such, but many piercing gazes that could cut right through her, extracting anything they want to know. Nicki was careful till now, but who knows how long will she able toshield herself from any genuine, great feeling, seeing as she hides behind a fake veil called an ungenuine smile. Surely enough, Nicki does smile, but unfortunately, it is rather unknow whether it lingers at a good side or a bad one, and more than that, Nicki mostly smirks. That smirk of hers has to be wiped off of her lips so that everyone could figure out the girl behind the veil, but sure enough, she knows perfectly well that that will never happen as long as she never allows it. Nicki is rather weak in that major, and that fact is what annoyed her to the extremity, forcing her to want a belligerent there for her, saving her from the havoc she is in. She'd never admit that loudly, though, seeing as how she is rather extremely preservative, unable to utter whatever she very much wants to. Being a completely different person from the inside, Nicki, surprisingly enough, had learnt to live with that annoying fact, though quite unstable with it. Living with it doesn't mean, in the least bit, that she was able to control it in any way, in fact, she probably is only decreasing in her ability to control the emotions rushing through her.
{ I CAN'T BE SAVED
Little Miss Malvado maintains a façade of emotions that her inner self never seems to rid herself from. Besides being an extremely insecured BiPolar, her fear of opening up is quite visible through her eyes. She has an addiction of hurting others around her, especially those of whom she adores fully, only because of the fact that is known at the end: hurt them before they do as such. Hurting them doesn't include anything physical, but rather mere words whispered into their ears. Nicki tends to find the soft spot in others, and use it against their advantage, and it would never hurt if she ever finds that hurting spot inside them: a memory in which would hurt them badly, and uses it once again against thei will. Her father had done that, and now, it is passed on to Nicki. It isn't an ability, more like searching for the mere facts, and Nicki, being quite an excellent observer, would never miss a sign of anything, rarely that is. Being an observant had attained the love to learn more and more, whether it was hurtful for others or a normal information that would be quite benefical in the future: study-wise. Having to find other's soft spots, Nicki had abandoned hers, making it go astray and attract anyone who might use it to hurt her. Nicki has gained loads of enemies throughout the years, and that would be an excellent chance and a fabulous opportunity for anyone. It would never be hard for anyone to find the soft spot in her, whether they dig deep or only glance shallow at her. Nicki is obvious in everything she does, and that fact had been quite intriguing for others to seek that useful opportunity to hurt the Malvado daughter. The Malvados aren't quite powerful, to state the truth, but because of such "abilities" in harming others emotionally, many have quite attained the thought of them being one of the worst families, and Nicki Malvado considered as an heiress to the cold blooded hearts of the long generation of Malvados.
{ TOUCHDOWN TURNAROUND
As much as Nicki is considered a hinderful person, for University of Magic students, it is quite the contrary. Even though feared, hated, or even envied by some, the others have gone quite fond of Nicki's irrational side that she shows none but her peers. Having grown quite fond of the University of Magic Academy's life, Nicki had deformed her own one to become one of great differences, only to seperate her of the one she always knew to be irrelevant and insecured. Catastrophes and calamities is what could catch Nicki's attention, wildly that is. In fact, she might be one to start such things, and it's quite dangerous to near such events, especially that Nicki tends to go really harsh on such disasters. A prankster, she surely is, but she isn't one to trip another in the hallway, for she is very much into... more harmful and more disasterful ones. Ones that could cause explosions and ruin something. Surely, she might be considered evil as such, but the truth is that it is more enjoyable than anything harmful, and though quite loving to harm others, Nicki would never be found deliberatly harming an extremely innocent one in the hallways just because they passed by her; she really isn't that much of a snobbish character. Her personality is more of a fun demeanor if anyone gets to know the girl behind the veil, and any jokes she will state will appear much humorful if they only knew how to treat her. Nicki is all for respect, and she will never be found harming her friends for that matter, at least not in a prank. She could harm them before they harm her, but it is only for the method of hurting them emotionally and scarring them for life, seeing as Nicki believes that all will do as such when they know how to in one point of their lives. Having not trusted people, Nicki couldn't have been aquainted anyone and then becoming partners-in-crime to them, not even with the hardest chance, mainly because Nicki is more of a solo person. She loves to sail her own ship on her own, without any other sailor's help, and that surely could be based upon the concept of having friends.
{ BEATING ME DOWN
Calamities and Catastrophes hadn't only been her major, and to state the truth, Nicki wouldn't stop at that line. She wants more. She will want more of anything and everything, rather than a little of something like any other individual would do. Her greediness had shown her no where, but having an exteremly powerful life, she, surprisingly enough, hadn't quite attained everything she wanted. Her wants - no, her needs - hadn't been anything physical like a brand new broomstick, but emotions. It was surely known that she hadn't grown with enough love that would contain her for the rest of her life, and having an unaffected Death Eater as a father hadn't quite made things simpler. Without her mother at a young age, and no one but her father supposedly parent there, it was tough not to grow as an cold-blooded, emotion sucking, winning wannabe b!tch. Maybe that was a little bit too harsh, for a normal person, but for Nicki it is more of an under estimate. Can she really want winning this much that she'd do anything? Of course! Nicki would go to extreme majors to have what she want, and win everything she wants. Whether it was a Quidditch Match, or even answering a question in class, perhaps even gaining the affection of any Professor. Nicki is only nicki by that way, and she expects not to loosen up any moment and turn soft or even accept losing. If she ever does accept losing, then she might as well kill herself or go to a mental hospital. That'll be quite absurd for her, but due to that fact, an excellent one had appeared: hard-working. Nicki, in that way, had gained a good trait, being an extreme hard-worker that would do anything to succeed. that ought to not be diminshed by some sort of emotional act, and it will never be, in any way, unacceptable for her. It had been, though, unacceptable for many, but as Nicki had shown so many times before, she could care less.
{ FLIRT WITH SUICIDE
Surely being perfect is one aspect that no one, not even, unfortunately, Nicki, could ever achieve, but Nicki is more of a person that would do anything to reach the nearest point to perfection, even with such a simple sport as flirting. In one point, anyone might be mistaken by thinking that someone as Nicki is innocent, seeing as her appearance speaks of her, but never judge a book by its cover, and never judge nicki by her appearance. Being the complete contrary of innocent, she really is one to flirt - a lot. Whether it was a normal peer her age, or even a Professor, she would flirt shamelessly. Gryffindors or Hufflepuffs will also have the same aspect - hell, she'll even flirt with Muggle-Borns. That might seem to be something beneath Nicki, as she would state it. Flirting with so many, some would've guessed that she had had a fair amount of boyfriends, but truth to be stated, as much as she is perfect in that category, she would never want a boyfriend. Knowing her father, he probably would have set an arranged marriage to one of the pureblooded families, but still, that wasn't the reason she never wanted a love interest in her life. Fear - fear that if she ever did have as such, she might take a slight liking towards the other, and knowing where that would lead: nothing but devastation and crashed cars, she never would have wanted such an interest. Friends with benefits is really her maximum point, but nothing would even go past flirting. Nicki did have crushes once in a while, but they were always for the wrong sort of people: whether it was Muggle-Borns, Professors, Half-Breeds, or Blood Traitors. She really couldn't recall whether she even had taken a liking towards a Pureblooded, or even a decent Half-Blooded fellow, and that is what forced her to stop searching. Everytime, only the wrong sorts of people mentioned above would catch her eyes, and she would never forgive herself if she fell into anything more.
{ FALLING TO THE GROUND
Studying - a word Nicki is extremely familiar with and unfortunately, completely adores. Seeing as she was nearly sorted into the house of intelligence and witiness, it was no surprise for her to have acquired such a passion. Reading books is one of her most favorite past times, whether Muggle books or Wizarding ones, they all interest her. Nursery rhymes, though unadmittingly, are her most favorite ones, remembering her mother reading them to her, for her mother as well had gained a liking towards them. Heaving all the information into her mind hadn't been a hard thing, for Nicki was delicately able to search for the fun in the word boring, allowing all the information to stick amusingly in her mind. Curiosity is a huge flaw that she had aquired throughout the years, but as much as she loves snooping into other people's businesses, curiosity had helped her in her studying major, as well as new facts learned and probably facts that had saved her life. Surely enough, that flaw that tugged into her already flawful [less for her] had been an annoyance to others, but that didn't remove the fact that it was beneficial for others as well. In fact, even though curiosity kills the cat, it could never kill a swan. { A FORK STUCK IN THE ROAD
The reason for Nicki being sorted into the great house of Salazar Slytherin besides her complete begging to the hat not to place her in Gryffindor, or even Ravenclaw is her extreme slyness. Containing the maximum amount of the slying trait, her father had never been fooled by it, but he never states so outloud. Her continuation of using cunning abilities against her father had also been aquired as an acknoweldgement by her father that amused him to major extremes. Being sly didn't stop with her own family, but she uses that to fool the Professors and much more people. Some time, people could see past those fakely innocent eyes and know what she really is keeping as a secret fr her slyness, but at other times, she seems to play the act quite perfect, resulting in her attaining whatever she wants. First years trust her because of her somewhat innocent demeanor, adults trust her because of her witty comments, and her peers could care less, knowing that some might even contain the same traits she does, though, that doesn't help them in figuring out her ulterior motives. Lots and lots of creatures, even extremely strong empathatic people, have never, ever knew the fact behind the veil, and they probably will never know if Nicki wants to keep her motives a secret. Her motives, usually, would contain some harm into others, and that is mainly the reason why the unknown should stay unknown and unrevealed. Curiosity also attains other people, so it is quite hard keeping lots of information to herself. Though being an emotional crusher, Nicki would never, ever betray someone's trust to another, only for herself and for herself only. Other than that, Nicki does not want to be known as the girl-who-crushes-others-by-being-a-b!tchey-betrayer... well, erm... something of that sort.
{ LIGHT SWITCH EFFECT
All in all, as a Bipolar, people always wonder what her next move might be. Will it be a cheerful, exciting one, or one that would send any other to the deep pits of the Earth after Nicki harms them? Couldn't it have been just another bada.ss Slytherin with Nicki rather than this extremely complicated for any other personality? If it was just her father's personality, then Nicki most definitely would only be feared fully, and people would be careful in their every move. Nicki, containing a part of her that is like that, was feared by some, but surprisingly enough, was adored by others due to her personality that would suit any fun loving Gryffindor. Nicki doesn't hate that house, and she had made quite good aquaintances and even close friends in their, but only in secret, and if her father had ever known, it might be the changing point for Nicki. Nicki still doesn't get that close to anyone, and before that ever happens, she will use the emotional abuse method to push anyone away. She hates such facts, and she hates doing that, but a part of her self-conscience had grown pretty proud of that fact and possesses it proudly. Nicki knows that Slytherin isn't the house that is bad, as in completely that is, and Gryffindor isn't the house that attains good people whilst Hufflepuff is for the shy ones, but what people talk is what they already have known for so long, so that is why Nicki is surprising when she interacts with some Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs, and of course, Gryffindors in secret. Whether it was the genuine Nicki or a rather fake one, no one know, but Nicki isn't pretty sure which is she: daddy's little Slytherin girl, or the Slyffindor chic that adores everything fun rather than bad memories....

History:
{ SHREDDED BY THE WINTER WIND
Cold winters come and pass normally with the eerie chill that comes upon all, but on one Christmas Eve, it all could change as a new, innocent child is born to this dark world, and so had happened with yet another dark family. A winter that seemed strikingly colder than any other, and the sound of muffled cries was heard behind those thick wooden doors of a French Wizarding Hospital. Though the doors were thicker than any other, the cries could be heard, even if it were muffled, it was clearly stating its resentement of being born into such a cruel, unpatronizing world. The many annals of history couldn't possibly describe the feeling of a young child at birth, nor can a grown up child, but by then, it was only suffering. The inconspicuous cries continued on, as the mother glanced at her two children in her husband's arms. It was as if they could feel an inflammation when their own father held them, but as they were dropped into their mother's warm, fervent arms, all unwanted feelings escaped. The cries stopped, leaving the calm silence that overcomed the place, with Catherine Malvado humming soft lullabies to her two children. A boy, and a girl. The two most dexteritful children in her eyes, and the most beautiful ones that is. Catherine was a mother at ease, and the aftermath had caused her eyes to allow the tears to fall freely, pouring her love upon the youngsters, knowing that Gaspard Malvado would never be one to do as such. She knew, from that moment, that she had to care for them truly, like no other, like no mother would ever care for her child - much, much more than that.
{ AND TICKING CLOCKS
Returning to their house that night after Catherine had drank too much power giving potions, she and her husband placed the two in their cribs, with her husband sighing all along. She knew he hadn't been desiring for two children, in fact, one was too much for his liking, but he only kept his mouth shut for Catherine. Catherine could very mcuh sense the feelings that had evaporated from her husband and into the unnerving silence only broken by the momentarily sobs of the two children. She knew how much he wanted to disperse one of them, if not to, but she barely had had the energy to negotiate with him. Leaving him with his stubborn, yet quiet manner, Catherine spent the night merely glancing at her two youngsters, with a smile plastered on her face that lightened it to its full extremes. Surely everyone contained a bit piece of humanity within their genes, but Gaspard was doing an excellent work in hiding that, espescially with the events that followed the next morning.
"I most certainly wouldn't think of keeping the two!" whispered Gaspard harshly to his wife, whom was still carrying the two babies in her arm. She glanced up at him, and to contrast her husband, she questioned calmly "Why?" Gaspard frowned, his eyebrows furrowed in deep concentration as he finally stated, his voice edging towards shouting "Babies aren't my speciality, and I have a reputation to maintain! You are only seventeen and we aren't married yet! One, I could keep, but two are just extremely hard to manage! I know how much you love these two creatures, but it'll be extremely hard keeping a reputation here with two babies!" As soon as that statement exited her husband's lips, Catherine abruptly stood up, waking the babies that still lingered in her arms, and soon enough, loud sobbing echoed through the cold stones of the mansion. Rubbing each of their heads lovingly, Catherine tucked them in their crib, whispering soft promises and lullabies, whilst Gaspard glanced at her like she was insane. "Reputation?" she stated suddenly, making him jump for before that statement there was only awakward silence. As she turned to face him, he could read the claear anger in her eyes. "Reputation?!" she repeated, more harshly. "Is that what you care about?! I don't care about your stupid reputation! Those are my children too and we are going to keep them, and not even a rich jerk known as a so-called father could stop me!"
[/b] Everything after that was a blur, for she was slapped, extremely hard, on the face, resulting a red, long-lasting bruise on her right cheek. The babies, shocked by silence, regained their composure in life and nothing but silence was heard once again in that cold mansion of the Malvados.[/i] { THE DANCE THAT BROKE MY JAWBeing afraid that Gaspard might harm her own children as well if she refused, all she had to do was agree that by the time both are six, one will be sent away. That was the first time he had ever used physical abuse, but it certainly wasn't the last. The twins had grown up to be the most adorable pair in the Wizarding Town they lived in. Anyone who would appear near them would automtically plaster a smile on their lips, but good things never last. Named Nicolette Isabella Malvado after Gaspard's dying mother, she was one hell of a wild child, and not to mention daddy's little girl. That had a ring tone to the name, and she loved being as such. Nicholas, on the other hand, was named due to the "twin have alike names" theory, unfortunately, but his middle name was taken after Catherine's God Father, of which was deceased by then. Anyone who would glance at the family might probably think about the Adams Family, seeing as how much their reputation was scary and that her father was a dangerous Death Eater, but on the other hand, they loved each other. No one knew what happened behind the walls of their mansion, and no one could hear the screams and shouts of arguments or even pain echoing through the cold dungeons. No one knew the painful and eerie truth, and it was better that way. Also, no one knew about Nicholas, seeing as how Gaspard knew that he was the one to be sent away, due to his wife's secretive dismay. She wouldn't dare argue, and if she did, it would end up with bruises hidden by a fake layer of magic, or anything along those lines. Nicki and Nicholas had gone extremely close, and surely they had had lots of traits in common, including their appearance. Though that fact existed, Nicki knew, even though a young child, not to upset her father in any way, whilst Nicholas was more of the brave, adventurous one that would always be stubborn against his father. Being patient, Gaspard didn't dare do anything to Nicholas, knowing that just a few moments away, and he would be gone. { SOFT MAYHEMSThe day that Catherine dreaded utterly came and welcomed here with open arms, as if opposing her and wanting her to feel the horrific emotional pain that invaded and conquered her. As soon as Christmas Eve came upon the Malvado family, and the air was quite eerie, more unnerving than it had ever been, and the two children could notice that. The clock struck their age towards six instead of their younger five versions, and even though a smile was plastered on both their faces, they could tell that something was wrong with their parents, and with all the events that could come along them. The intact situation wasn't know to the two, and though they could feel it, they said no word. Demoralizing his wife's confidence, Gaspard knew that she could no longer fight, and she could no longer place upon a disagreement because of fear - not of what would happen to her if she did, but what would happen to her youngsters. After one will be dispersed, it would be quite hard to replenish the spot missing in the house; the smile Nicholas had given them every time; his sarcastic comment; his intelligence that was beyond his age, and his endless humor, not to mention the cozy and warm feeling he gave to both his sister and mother, that very much annoyed his father to full extremity. The air that entered Catherine's lungs felt landlocked emotionally, as she glanced at her husband making his way to the door, with Nicholas holding his hand, whilst with his other, Nicholas waved goodbye to his mother and sister, abroad smile lightening his naïve features, as he exited alongside his father. His mother allowed all her tears to fall at that precise moment, and for the first time, feeling the deep emotional pain that invaded her for losing her son. Nicki didn't seem to understand what was happening, and her six years old figure stood by her mother, patting her symathetically. { I FOUND A REASON"Mommy?" whispered Nicki, still patting her mother gently. "Mommy, don't cry." she repeated once again, her eyes filling with the innocence of a six years old worrying about her mother. Neither she nor her brother knew what was to happen, and Nicki didn't very much presume anything as her father stated that he was "taking Nicholas for a father/son ride." "Mommy, you can sake me so a mommy/daughter ride soo ya know." her words, surprisingly enough, weren't slurry like any other normal kid her age, mainly because her father had forced her to act as elegant and as graceful as she could, even in talking, but it was still somewhat difficult, seeing as she lost her tooth recently. "I-It's not - that" choked her mother, as she wiped her tears, glancing at her young child, and seeing the adorable pout her daughter had placed. Breaking down once again, she brought her daughter closer to her, and hugged her tightly, resulting in Nicki stating "Mommy, you know I luff you, but you don't haff to soke me" her attempt to create a sentence and say the word choke failed miserably because of her losing her first tooth that week. Her mother let go of her reluctantly, and then stated "Let's tuck you in and I'll sing you a lullaby." as soon as that exited her mother's lips, Nicki ran towards the stairs, stating "Rasse ya!" and forgot all about the depression her mother was suffering from, that's how a normal youngster her age would act. Later that night when she was tucked into bed, Nicki looked up to meet her mother's warm eyes, and also puffy from the recent twist of events that led her to tears, and asked, curiosity edging towards her words. "Where iss daddy saking Nick soo?" Her mother kissed her forehead and sighed, her fingers running through her daughter's pale hair. "Somewhere nice, I'm sure, and warm, and pretty much great." 'Much greater than here.' Catherine silently wished the last part and glanced at her daughter's confused look. "You'll know soon, sweety, you'll know." as she said that, she managed a small, weak smile, and closed the light in her daughter's room before exiting, receding to her crying figure...{ PULL ME UP WITH A STICKEradictaing Nicholas from the house, Gaspard couldn't hide the expression that he had possessed, after all, he was only human, and human contained inner feelings of guilt. It was his own son, and he made no move of attempting to keep him. Surely enough, his daughter was the apple of his eye, but the two were equally loved in his eyes, to the extremity, but he will not allow that to be shown in front of anyone. Ever since birth, and Gaspard had been taught that reputation is what matters; emotions, on the other hands, are nothing, simply nothing. Hate is a strong word to use, but so is love, for the Malvados that is. He knew he had to experience such trauamtizing tragedies in his life, and being raised like a pure blooded robot wasn't what was needed in order to pass such experiences easily. Gaspard returned home that night to find his wife crying herself out in the living room, and his daughter tucked safely in bed with one of her young, innocent smiles, obviously completely oblivious to the events of tonight, and all Gaspard needed was to rush these thoughts away from his head. He had suffered enough from his parents treating him like a robot, with no feelings of anything in particular, and as he saw himdelf doing as such to his own children, he knew that he couldn't just allow all his childhood feelings to escape him quickly. Plastering a fake mask of smugness, he retrieved in for the night, unable to sleep as he shifted quite a lot, and his trail of thoughts remained the same. { FALLING AWAY FROM METhe next day, the house was unusually quiet without the two children's constant giggling and racket forming, and Catherine's sobs soon died away, leaving a blank expression and a face that no one could quite compromise. During breakfast, all were quiet, and Nicki didn't even dare ask what was the matter, or even where was her brother, and she bit into her food grudgingly, and rather reluctantly, curiosity hanging over her as much as worry was. Meandering around the house, Gaspard was obviously daring not to meet his wife's face and especially not his daughter's questioning look, and he didn't even tell them where did he take Nicholas. The previous night, he had traveled to America, apparating of course, Salem to be precise, and dropped his son - for a better expression using - with a loving, muggle family he had met years ago to arrange this meeting. Surely, he hated Muggles to full extremes but he knew perfectly well that Nicholas will remain fine with a non magical family rather than a wizarding one, but he had told the family of Nicholas's status. Not at all repulsed by the information, they gladly stated that they would welcome him with open arms - ignorant, obnoxious people, Gaspard thought. His wife's constant bickering hadn't started that day at all, and for a change, the house wasn't surrounded by either cries of pain from Catherine, or giggles of joy from the children, but the unnerving silence that Nicki badly wanted to know the result. Unusualness wasn't one thing that she would cherish fully if it had to do with unnerving silence, and after several weeks, she knew that Nicholas was never coming back, but she never asked her parents, not one bit. { SCARS MAY FADE BUT NEVER DIEWhispers at night in the main hall is what had awoken Nicki from her series of nightmares, and brought her back to the more fearful reality. She had attempted several times to deal with the fact that her father might have killed her brother, or perhaps gave him away to another family, and all seemed worse than the other, but she never could. It all forced her to think about the times she and her brother would annoy the neighbors, causing destruction around, and then acting innocent as their looks would state. Nothing of that sort had brought a smile back to her lips, but only mere frowns or blank expressions similar to the ones her mother would possess. Nicki occasionally is found with an expression similar to her father's: caring less, emotionless, and smug, whilst as much as her mother hates it, she continues placing it upon her face. Two years had passed ever since that tragic accident, and even though such a long time had passed, the silence was still more unnerving than the previous night. It seems as if the walls of the mansion were crumbling, emotionally, each day to leave nothing but an inconspicuous feeling of uncertainty and fear within this family - if you could call it a family. As the whispers had grown from the living room, Nicki had learnt to listen to them when sneaking downstairs, gathering the information of her brother being with a Muggle family somewhere in Salem, and that's all Nicki needed to know. As long as Nicholas was safe, then everything's alright with her, excluding the fact that her mother would give her a hurtful look every time, knowing that her daughter had placed a mask cloned to her father's mask. Nicki could never face her mother, and as time passed by, she had grown less and less intimate with her mother, creating a space that could never be filled within one night and one day, a space that not even the strongest emotions of love could fill. Probably insecurity is what had filled that emptiness, as well as hate. Now, not only was hate and love simple words within the Malvado family, but it was used as regularly as air is needed. During the weeks, Nicki transformed from a hyperful, cheerful, dangerous girl, to the quiet, intimidating one: a clone of her father's. { BLESSED WITH WINGSWhilst her eight years old figure was making its way downstairs, she could hear, for the first time ever since two years ago, the cries of pain that had occured from her parents' study room. She knew what had happened: her mother surely was arguing to Gaspard about Nicholas. Hearing various statements as: "He'd gone! Get over it!" or "Don't you dare go through that path again!" or even "Nicki had grown to be exactly like you! Arrogance and coldness is clearly written upon the two of you!" Nicki winced in pain at those memories, and soon enough, as fast as the speed of sound, her mother exited the Study Room, and her feet didn't stop when she saw Nicki, but she only continued her path towards the wooden, huge doors that would give her freedom from this family. Nicki watched in horror, fear forcing her to remain in her place, as her mother opened the door then slammed them shut, the loud voice echoing through the cold, quiet mansion of the family. Sinking down into place, Nicki's eyes were extremely huge, attempting to comprehend what had happened. Her mother was gone. Her brother was gone. All was gone. The only two people that had ever known what does love, what does emotions or feelings, ever mean, had left forever. Maybe she was only going for a walk, Nicki attempted to tell herself, but she knew that it was far from that. Her eyes had traveled towards the other figure that stood with her in the hallways, those dark, cold eyes burning a hole towards the door, and finally, it rested upon Nicki. She could've sworn she saw a flash of emotions, of hurt and broken vows, rush through his eyes, but knowing her father, those emotions had escaped the man before he could even comprehend them, leaving an empty, hollow silence, eerier than ever, as he returned to his study room, not a word spoken to the only other occupant of the house, and the only one that ever will be, his daughter. { MUFFLED CRIESIt was wrong and absurd, to ever think that she will be the only other occupant of the house, for it seemed as if ages had passed since that unspoken event that left the unnervingness sharper than ever in this family. Whilst Nicki only saw her father during meals, she knew that it wasn't only that that sent her to hollow feelings, but it was also due to the fact that her father had moved on nearly a year after that incident. When Nicki had turned nine, her father seemed to force another person to enter their lives. Victoria Demera, a typical, hateful stepmother. It seemed that Gaspard's parents had arranged this marriage long before Gaspard had went off and married the love of his life, sarcasm noted, and so, seeing as Victoria was a widow with no child, it seemed like the best fit in order to continue the pure blooded generation of the Malvados. The marriage had occured that very same year, and Nicki's father ignored all her objections, much to her full dismay. Victoria had become Nicki's step mother, and treated her like a typical one: a rude, vile devil. Not long after that, when Nicki was eleven years old, Victoria had given birth to Nicki's half brother: Thomas Malvado. It seemed like there was competition between her and Thomas, seeing as her father seemed to give his full attention towards the pure blooded heir. Jealous had overcomed the young girl, but she was delighted as soon as she recieved her acceptance letter from Beauxbatons. At least by then, she would never have to remain with Victoria and her new son. Thomas seemed to have contained many physical traits from Nicki, excluding the eyes, of which were dark hazel cloning his mother's. { THREE DOORS DOWNEach summer, when Nicki would return home, Thomas would show his affectionate side for her, though a young child, but she would never pay any attention to him. Her father now seemed quite violent to Nicki and only Nicki. Whether physically or emotionally, he would never allow a chance to demoralize her courage to escape. Nicki bit her lips to hide all the foul words she wanted to state about her half brother and her step mother, not to mention her father's irrational acts. Nicki lost all contact she had had with both her mother and brother as soon as they left the house, and so, she had grown up like those otehr new occupants of the house: a true pure blooded, cold blooded b----. Finally, a decision that Nicki would attend University of Magic Academy, when Victoria convinced her husband to move to London in order to keep up better with all the outside world, was made. Nicki as such, attended University of Magic Academy, not at all feeling remorsed by the thought of leaving Beauxbatons. Either place, they all were home to her. A place like no other, she had heard University of Magic to be, and she wanted it to be more than that, a place in which felt like home: a cozy, loving place. Looking forward to a new year, Nicki still couldn't place where she was held in society, emotion-wise, but who knows what might this year bring?[/blockquote][/blockquote] [/size]

Roleplay Sample:
[/left] The usual sensations of nervousness filled the young Hufflepuff as she glanced around. Once again, she tripped and fell. Too classy, eh? But the keyword is again, so it will be very typical of Lillian Malvado to do such a thing, but then, the laughter hadn't died at all as she picked up her stuff. A small, nervous and crooked smile flew across her lips, obviously fake, as she brushed her clothes. All she wanted to do now was to lock herself in the bathroom and never appear until the years had passed. But then, she will be dead, for as far as she knows, she has less than a year to live. A sigh escaped her lips at that thought, but she dared show nothing on her face as she was surrounded by laughing and mocking faces of the students of Hogwarts. A Professor even appeared in the crowd and laughed. Haven't they ever seen someone trip? Well, maybe they have, but not someone who trips over the huge suit of armor and bringing it down with her, causing the portrait above it to fall above her head and her wand flying away from her hand only to land on the floor, facing her and uttering red sparks that caused her to shriek and the lamp above her fell next to her, making her shriek yet again, which caused all of them to gather, laugh and point. Great. Her first year in Hogwarts and she makes herself the laughing stock of the school by one unsmooth move. Just what she needed to enlighten her year; note the sarcasm. What she wanted to do tonight was head towards the Library and borrow a book or two to read in order to help her in sleeping, but after tonight, it was sure that Lillian will have loads of nightmares. She had tripped before, but this time it wasn't only tripping, it was causing a calamity. How would such a night turn out to be different? How could such a night in which Lillian wanted quietness be turned into nuisance? It wasn’t even past curfew yet, but people roamed the hallways proudly, as if knowing that Lillian will cause another disaster.
Lillian could feel her cheeks burn badly, a tomato forming instead of her usual paleness. Finally, she stood up, only for the books she had in her hand falling to the ground once again, and no one offered helping her, but instead, they kept on laughing and calling her bad names. Insults was something Lillian wasn't really the best in handling, but she attempted her best in ignoring them, brushing her clothes. Her cheeks never stopped burning, as she bent down on her knees, picking her studying books slowly and carefully. No, no one placed a curse upon her to become a klutz, she naturally is a clumsy person. Apparently, no one had taken a liking towards her in Hogwarts, being a different person. So what if she attended Beauxbatons before? Why would that be a problem, or is it because the way she looked? Or maybe her clumsy personality, but any way, no one had liked her at all. But why are people in Hogwarts that mean? Lillian did them no wrong, but yet, they stand there, laughing and pointing. Gryffindors, Slytherins, Ravenclaws, and even Hufflepuffs. Another sigh escaped her lips, as she finally picked up her last book, which was Potions, and stood up, her eyes not daring to meet any of the crowd around her. She ran. Lillian simple ran. She could no longer bear the laughing, and she broke into a run, disappearing from the midst of laughter, but it haunted her, being able to hear it behind her. She had no idea where her feet where taking her, but she knew that she didn't want to remain behind. Professors will probably give her detentions for that, forcing her to clean the disaster she performed, but not now. Now, she needed a secluded place. A place in which she will not meet a soul. Sure, it was almost past curfew, but people didn't obey the rules much here. Lillian did obey them, naturally, but obviously she wouldn't do as such now. Lillian didn't want to meet anyone's eyes for the rest of her years in Hogwarts, but she still had tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after, etc... Why did they ever make up that song: Tomorrow, tomorrow ; when it isn't even true at all, not in Lillian's cases. Tomorrow for her seemed like a day worse than the day before, but she didn't dare complain, for who knows what might happen if she ever does complain about something. Lillian attempts to live life to its full extent, having fun every single day, but that was not the case here in Hogwarts.
And some people called Hogwarts their home. Psh. As she ran, she could see the scenes changing, but she could care less if she got lost, for for the first time in her life in Hogwarts, she wanted to get lost, disappear from the many human figures around her. Even Ghosts seemed to laugh at her as she passed them. Lillian hated Hogwarts, and more than that, she hated herself. Her clumsy, klutzy self. No, she wasn't suicidal or anything along those lines [because she will die anyways as a result of her disease] but she merely hated herself and wanted to change. Running was a thing Lillian did all the time, but she really could care less. She hadn't met anyone in Hogwarts that is her friend, or anyone in Hogwarts that was not her enemy or someone that would tease her, and most of all, she was pretty sure everyone didn't know her as Lillian Malvado, the fun-to-be-around-with girl, but with the Master of Disaster, well, Mistress in that case. Finally, her feet stopped, only to lift her gaze and meet the famous Grand Staircase of Hogwarts. Usually, no one would appear near here, because it was mainly deserted at night. Who would even think of coming here when they had better plans? And that is why Lillian had seated herself here. Her pale figure seated itself on the first staircase, as her eyes skimmed the place. Lillian could've sworn that she still could feel her face burning with redness, and her attempt in covering it was burying her face in her hands, not crying, but merely groaning out loud. Cursing herself that is. She stopped, but her face was buried in her hands, and she didn't dare move, afraid to meet any person's eyes, especially another one who will laugh at her.
