Name: Alexander Sanct
House: Gryffindor
Age: 17
Personality: Alex is extremely stable and rarely looses his cool under almost any situation. He’s often thought of by his friends to have the odd talent of bringing peace to situations that are hectic. Alex is also a rebel though, he doesn’t like authority and often tries to push the limits on what he is allowed and not allowed to do. The only real authority he recognizes is his father, who is often the only adult he really respects. With Alex you have to earn his respect before he will give it to you.
Although he is a bit of a rebel he is extremely charming and has been known to talk his way out of several situations where he was in trouble. Also Alex is very kind towards his friends, and is very willing to stick his neck out for them. Alex has even been known to go as far as taking the blame for things his friends had done in certain situations.
History: Alex was born in a chateau near Marseilles in the south of France. Both of his parents came from fairly wealthy backgrounds so he had a fairly enjoyable childhood. When he was old enough his parents sent him to a boarding school in Corsica, while he was there he enjoyed playing sports more than anything else. During his second year though his mother fell gravely ill with cancer and he had to leave school for a period of time to be with her. He was with her when she died, and it took him awhile to come to terms with it but he eventually did. The only thing that really reminds him about it now is that he can see Thestrals.
When he received notification that he had been accepted to Hogwarts his father and him were quite puzzled. Having absolutely no magical background they really didn’t know what to think of the letter that told him of his acceptance. Infact it wasn’t until a Hogwarts Professor came to talk to him about it that he really began to take the idea seriously. His father and he agreed that he could attend on the condition though, that he be tutored in the summer in muggle studies. His father being skeptical of the education offered at Hogwarts wanted to make sure his son received a muggle education nonetheless. And so he came to Hogwarts.
Other: More to come later.
