` reliving the past
Voldemort fell to the hand of Harry Potter years ago; and obviously, since then, the wizarding and muggle world has been extremely cheerful. Why could you be sad in such a time? All of the famous wizards that the hero grew up with soon married and had their own children; all of the famous Death Eaters, that were still alive, and all of those that could be found, at least, were arrested and placed in Azkaban. The children of the famous wizards were raised with stories of their hero, and tales of how life once was, though none were particularly grateful and simply found the stories entertaining. Of course, no child took into thought that their own life could slip into such despair.
Eventually, the children began their lives at Hogwarts. Parents cheered despite their children perhaps being sorted into different houses, but nonetheless they were witches and wizards, and they were still attending the great school. All was calm at the school, there hadn’t been many mishaps since Voldemort had been defeated, and now the only fear that students had was being pranked by an annoying Gryffindor. Then, something devastating happened.
BREAKOUT AT AZKABAN
Death Eaters escaped!
It read on nearly every paper, on nearly every wizarding press imagined. The wizarding world fell into terror. The fear that such a time could return frightened the older wizards beyond belief, while the younger, more rebellious ones did not see the importance of a couple old gits breaking out of prison. It didn’t help them to understand the danger of the situation anymore when, after the huge breakout, there was not even one attack. It seemed like all of them had simply dropped off the planet, and there wasn’t a trace of them anywhere. Teacher at Hogwarts became worried; perhaps they were going to target the school itself?
A year passed, and nothing happened. The Death Eaters, it seemed, to be completely gone. Times seemed eerie, without knowing where they were, or if they would jump out at any time to kill someone. No one really knew if they were targeting anyone; perhaps they just hated Azkaban and wanted out. Eventually, that rumor spread, and for awhile, things were calm and well hushed-up. Little did they know that the Death Eaters were planning something; very, very slowly. Sadly, it had nothing to do with them celebrating being out of Azkaban, no, these Death Eaters had planned that for several years, but now it was time to put one of their even larger plans into action.
The abductions happened quietly. Perhaps they were major wizards, perhaps extremely minor; nonetheless it seemed that some wizards were disappearing. People couldn’t really explain it; only the paranoid ones ran around waving their arms, screaming that it was work of the Death Eaters. Everyone doubted the truth, the obvious truth; they denied it because of fear, and the children were reassured that the people would return. But when the Defense against the Dark Arts and Transfiguration teachers from Hogwarts vanished, panic seized the wizarding community. They were convinced that this was the work of the old Death Eaters.
Not oddly enough, it was the work of them. But the old, decrepit group they once were was no more; the disappearances had been of people joining their lovely group of magical outlaws. Some joined willingly; others were under the Imperius Curse. They had kidnapped the teachers for, mainly, their assistance. However, they were previous Gryffindors, and swore that he would rather die then serve the Death Eaters. It was as simple as that, after ten minutes of speaking to the brave men, the green jet of light had hit each clear in the chest, and they lay, dead, on the ground. The group of the Death Eaters moved quickly; their camp changed every day, perhaps twice a day, even. If someone noticed them, they quickly vanished and moved somewhere else. It was not long before someone found the dead Professors where one of their previous camps had been.
Now the terror took hold. Everyone was convinced that it was the Death Eaters; this was the first death, and it seemed like a prime person to kill. And now, Hogwarts had two main teaching positions to fill. Students began fearing the Death Eaters, and as the residents of the wizarding community realized the terror that the Death Eaters were creating simply by killing two men, more and more wanted to join them. Their group was, in a word, huge. Their camps were more like cities; growing larger every day, and the grand finale to their plan was within a year, now. However, there was something that they had to do first, in order to set their plan into action.
Two new professors were hired into Hogwarts; the Defense against the Dark Arts teacher was a mysterious type of man that seemed to have a lot of anger and grief pent up inside of him. The second was a more cheery, hyper sort of younger man, who always seemed willing to help students. One of them was on the inside of Hogwarts, passing every bit of information they pleased to the group of Death Eaters. But which one? No one knew, nor did anyone have any idea that either had anything to do with the Death Eaters.
Their plan was simple; place a Professor inside of the school to pass information. When the time was right, and the date seemed perfect; they would attack. Whenever they staff and students would seem weak, they would charge and take charge of Hogwarts, knowing of the bloody and violent battle ahead of them. The deaths of many innocent students of near, unaware of their demise; several students deny that the Death Eaters are even that intimidating. And yet still, people disappear, and every day there seems to be another death. And every day, their plan grows closer to its grand finale.
At the same time, other trouble and mystery is occuring in Hogwarts and around the globe. People are mysteriously falling into some kind of enchanted sleep.... and not waking up. The Hospital Wing and St. Mugno's is filling up quickly. And, it seems, soon after some people fall victim to whatever it is, mysterious people are popping up all over the world. Nobody has ever heard of them - the names, the families, anything.
Many also seem to be for dark magic, for what Voldemort believed in. So they work for the new Dark Lord, right? But there's a few, a fair few, maybe ten or less, that seem to be good. On the Order's side of things. And they all seem to know something, a secret nobody else does.... Suddenly, one of them disappears from Hogwarts. Maybe the old Death Eaters want the secret too?
What will happen? Will Dumbledore's Army form again, but instead led by, none other then Harry Potters son, James Potter? When the rumor of a inside spy inside Hogwarts spreads, parents grow terrified, and some pull their children out of school. But what of the fearless, or doubting ones? Will they fight back, and form the DA once again, despite the rules teachers have against unknown groups? People doubt their strength, or even if they know what they're doing. This could perhaps be the tale of the most amazing wizards of the next generation.
This is the rebellion.
Is the wizarding world
